We offer a range of private, duet or trio training experiences integrating reformer Pilates, mat work, mobility training, aerial-supported movement, prenatal and postnatal care, and athletic conditioning. Sessions are adaptive, attentive, and structured around the needs of each individual body.

  • One-on-one training tailored to the individual’s goals, movement patterns, injuries, or athletic needs. Sessions may incorporate reformer work, mat Pilates, mobility training, aerial elements, and restorative movement practices.
