MINDFUL MOVEMENT

An intentional approach to movement that cultivates strength, awareness, and confidence.

Alexi Love combines over 25 years of experience in STOTT Pilates, ballet, yoga, and movement education to create individualized training that supports strength, recovery, resilience, and long-term wellbeing.

PHILOSOPHY & APPROACH

Each session is designed with careful attention to the individual — adapting to goals, injuries, energy levels, athletic demands, and changing stages of life. Through structured progression, creative sequencing, and consistent encouragement, the practice aims to build strength that is intelligent, sustainable, and deeply connected to how the body functions in everyday life.

POSITIVE REINFORCEMENT

Progress is built through awareness, patience, and consistency.

No two bodies move the same way, and no two sessions are identical. The studio prioritizes supportive instruction, focused attention, and adaptable training methods that allow clients to develop confidence, resilience, and trust in their own movement capacity — whether recovering from injury, training athletically, or simply seeking greater balance and strength.

IN PERSON & REMOTE

FLEXIBLE TRAINING

The Collina d’Oro studio offers private and small-group training in an intimate boutique setting with a maximum of three reformers per class, allowing for individualized attention and technical precision. Online sessions provide the same thoughtful and adaptive approach remotely, creating accessible movement support for clients wherever they are located.
